The Residence and Surroundings
The apartment is located in the town of Belek, near Antalya, within the Sapphire residential complex (site). The complex consists of three buildings and is situated close to a river, offering a peaceful and pleasant environment.

The river provides water for irrigation throughout the complex, which keeps the lawns green all year round. It also helps to reduce the site’s water expenses, allowing the monthly maintenance fee (aidat) to remain low.
In addition, many residents keep their boats on the river, mostly for fishing and leisure. Read more here.
Last year, a large open-air canopy was built right next to the complex. Every Saturday, it becomes the local farmers’ market, where vendors sell fresh fruits and vegetables. The canopy has no walls, just a roof. The market operates only once a week (on Saturdays in Belek). After it closes in the evening, the area is cleaned, and during the rest of the week, it is sometimes used for parking or as a smooth, flat space perfect for roller skating!
On the opposite side of the complex, two new residential buildings were recently completed and are now occupied. There are plans to build a children’s playground between them, though the completion date is still unknown.
From the Sapphire complex, you can easily walk to all the main amenities and services in Belek.
